Return policy
A return is possible if the product has not been used, the software has not been activated, and the appearance and consumer properties have been preserved. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to make a return. Return shipping for defective or damaged items in transit is free; For all other returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
